Qajaq TC Training Camp

We spend the weekend at Camp Lookout, a private camp located on a slice of paradise, a slim piece of land that boasts two shorelines — that of Lower Herring Lake, with inviting warm waters for skills practice, and Lake Michigan, with its breathtaking sandy beaches and magnificent sunsets.

It seemed like my dream of a summer camp from childhood — a place to go where all the other kids wanted to play the sort of games I wanted to play.
